The building is organized into two distinct wings. The first is dedicated to immobilized or semi-immobilized people and includes 13 private or semi-private rooms, each with its own bathroom.

The second wing includes 5 private or semi-private rooms, arranged to the same high comfort standard.

Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, television, air conditioning and premium furniture. Residents can personalize their space with personal items to preserve the feeling of home.

Common areas include a lounge, library, reception and dining room, all designed to create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.
Outdoor Area and Zăvoi Park
Outside, seniors benefit from a courtyard and garden adapted to their needs, as well as quick access to Zăvoi Park, with relaxation areas, barbecue, benches, loungers, a stream, water spring and lake, only a few minutes away on foot.
